Thank you
A huge thank you to all those who have helped celebrate Harvest this year. An enjoyable Harvest Supper was held on Saturday night with entertainment from Duke Ukes. We raised £388, which is being split between Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice and Church Funds.
For those who led our Harvest service on Sunday.
Along with those who helped to host nearly 60 local school children on Wednesday, when they visited for their Harvest Festival, and took part in a number of crafts and activities, along with telling a Harvest story.

Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Carole Foster
A thanksgiving service for the life of Carole Foster is being held on Thursday 16th October 2.30pm at Christ Church, Cove
All are welcome.
Fund raising meeting – date tba
At Church we do fund raising to: – bring in the community, boost Church funds and to give to good causes. I would like us to meet up and would welcome anyone who would be interested in helping or who may have some ideas of activities we could do, to come along. Operation Christmas Child – Shoeboxes
As in previous years we are packing boxes for Operation Christmas Child. The national collection week is w/c 10th November.
There are plenty of boxes for you to fill, or you may like to donate just 1 or 2 items that can go in a box. Tuesday @ Two Club members will be packing the boxes with your donations on Nov 4th 2025.
There are leaflets and display on how to pack a box, in the Welcome Hall.

Advent Lunch
Our Advent lunch will be held on Sunday 30th November after the morning service. Please keep an eye in next month’s notices and on the notice board for further details.
Advent Fayre
This year’s Advent Fayre will be on Saturday 6th December.
Please save the date in your diary and let family, friends and neighbours know. We will be collecting donations for the Fayre.
Any Xmas related crafted goods are also welcome.
If you have any unwanted, unopened presents, items for the tombola, good quality toys, book, puzzles and birc a brac, please bring along during the next few weeks.
